The Role - Service Manager (Medical Imaging / Radiology)

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Service Manager to support their recent rapid growth. You will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of Medical Service Engineers and Biomedical Engineers
• Building and nurturing relationships with key customers 
• Regularly attending meetings and providing customer care
• Ensuring the delivery of KPIs including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction

Your Background - Service Manager (Medical Imaging / Radiology)

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience of managing NHS or private healthcare radiology departments 
• Alternatively, experience of managing medical engineers as they service imaging systems
• Clear and confident communication skills 
• Strong leadership and deeply inherent passion for outstanding customer service 
• Excellent attention to detail
