Location: Birmingham

The Role - Service Administrator

You will be responsible for:

  • Administration duties associated with a busy field service team
  • Processing customer calls
  • Ensuring engineers respond to customers in a timely fashion
  • Proactively managing customer expectations
  • Communicating with management as required to ensure optimal service levels are maintained

Your Background - Service Administrator

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience of co-ordinating service engineers or technical staff 
  • Self motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel 
  • Perform well under pressure and be confident dealing with both external and internal clients at all levels
