This instantly recognisable market leader is renowned for their forward-thinking products, support services and complete solutions that include sterilisation systems, washer disinfectors and autoclaves used within the healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical and industrial market sectors. They are a market leader in a number of equipment technologies and enjoy 'best in class' status with a number of their innovative systems.

The Role – Project Manager (Life Sciences Instrumentation)

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Project Manager. In this highly rewarding and varied role you will have full responsibility for the project management of a wide range of installations of medical systems. You will plan and deliver projects and have full "cradle to grave" responsibility. Furthermore you will drive the progress of the projects and ensure that the work carried out is to agreed timescales and cost. You will be responsible for the preparation of method statements and risk assessments, project planning and implementation and monitoring project performance.

Your Background – Project Manager (Life Sciences Instrumentation)

To apply for this role, you should be able to demonstrate extensive experience working as a project manager in a high value capital equipment sector, supervising the installations of sophisticated and complex systems. You should have an electronics / electrical engineering qualification, excellent customer facing skills, strong reasoning skills related to service issues and be well organised, an able and confident negotiator, able to multi-task and work effectively within all levels of a service organisation. Any experience working within the medical, healthcare, laboratory, NHS or scientific sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
