The Role – Laboratory Field Service Engineer 

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Laboratory Field Service Engineer, responsible for: 

  • The service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems utilised within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments 
  • Supporting flow cytometry products located at customer sites

Your Background – Laboratory Field Service Engineer

To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Competent background in a customer facing field service engineering capacity
  • Experience working with flow cytometry equipment, mass spectrometry systems, pathology laboratory diagnostics technologies or microscopy, cameras or lasers
  • A qualification in engineering, electronics or a science based subject is also ideal, to a minimum of HNC level
