This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Applications Specialist, responsible for providing customer training and technical support on a wide range of sophisticated scientific and laboratory systems, utilised within laboratories and pharmaceutical environments

Your Background – Applications Specialist (Laboratory Automation / Robotics)

To succeed in this exciting role you will have the following skills / epxerience:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Strong background working in a laboratory or applications specialist role in a chemistry, microbiology, molecular, biology or bio-chemistry environment
  • Any experience of automation and / or laboratory robotics would be beneficial, as would knowledge and experience of next generation sequencing and life sciences automation systems 
  • Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills 
  • Determined to further your career within a customer facing training / applications role
